So I have a question about the astral beings, I know that a lot of things exist in the astral world but I read somewhere that by thinking of something you give it life in the astral world or create it as an entity (a tulpa for example), I've seen people work with Lovecraft's beings in witchcraft such as Cthulhu and stuff like that and I was wondering if that's just an archetype or an actual entity, if anyone has some info about the astral beings and some list of the entities that inhabit it would be so useful, thanks for reading, blessed be!
Cthulhu, as far as I know, is a work of fiction. Although, witches can create energy beings (also termed as egregores) in order to aid them in a particular area (perhaps, in the case of Cthulhu, it could be used for aiding in violent or offensive magick). They could create a being resembling Cthulhu and his powers, but it won't be like the books. I'm not sure how many creatures are in the astral realm, but I'd say more than we can count or attempt to count in one lifetime.There are millions of different creatures ranging from phoenixes to dragons and all in between, and that's not even counting the thousands of ghosts that lurk there as well. Add in the guardian angels (which are probably in the millions too since well, there's supposed to be one for every human), and it's way too much to count. I've always wondered however, if Guardian Angels are really so many in number. Like, what happens when the person they're meant to protect actually die of old age? Do the guardians cease to exist since their purpose has been fulfilled? If anyone has any info on this, I'd be happy to hear what you think
I personally do not believe in angels as human protectors, I believe that angels really are astral beings but that they are not meant to protect a human, well that's just my opinion, from the way you see it perhaps the angel might protect/move to some relative or some person the human is meant to protect is dear to, for example to the child of the human, the lover, best friend etc. Also thank you so much for the info!
