There is no specific, universal ceremony. If you choose to do one at that time you can call it that.

I would suggest that you learn what magic is. There are several good posts in the general information section of the forum that can help you get started or refresh you on what you have learned before.

Please do remember that the use of text speak is not permitted on this site as it is confusing to many of our non-English speaking members. Spell out your words completely. It's "I don't know" not "idk".

As for the "4:44 ritual", that is taken directly from the anime show "The Girl in the Twilight". In that show the characters open a portal into another world. This is strictly fantasy. There is no such ritual, nor has anyone ever demonstrated that opening such a portal is actually possible.

Using anime and Hollywood movies is only going to confuse you, not help you learn about real magic. A good place to start is with the thread Basics of Magic at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=483942

Another good source is the book "Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig. You can download it as a pdf at https://www.pdfdrive.com/modern-magick-twelve-lessons-in-the-high-magickal-arts-e178875201.html
