I picked this forum because I'm fairly certain I was on the astral plane when this happened but I'm not entirely sure. The other day I was laying down and felt this pain in my stomach and suddenly it was like I was in a room somewhere laying on a bed and someone handed me this shot of thick green liquid and asked me to drink it, I did and soon after they started pulling something out of my stomach, it felt like energy pulling, if anyone has ever had that done, but painful. I almost asked for them to stop but then I saw someone behind him and I don't know, I just kind of knew it was a guardian of some sort and that I was safe so I let it continue. It lasted hours, I kept falling asleep and waking up but I'd still be in the room. I slept most of the next day after it happened and ever since I've felt better than I have in days. Can anyone help shed some light on what happened?
I'm wondering whether the physical sensation was an expression of something emotional, or what. I cannot challenge or define your experience, though, but since you are so convinced it was a healing experience, I'd say it makes sense as being one.
It would indeed be a bit difficult to pin down specific details sources, or even consequences as what seems to have been done was pretty vague in detail. From what you describe there isn't a lot to surmise. Sometimes that happens though, and it isn't uncommon for someone to have an experience like that and have only a vague accounting or understanding. Most often you don't need to. Here are a few thoughts that spring to my mind though.
First, I understand a volume of energy was drawn out from the area of your stomach. ... Energetically speaking that would mean it was likely pulled from the solar-plexus, or maybe the Dan Tian (referred to as the lake of fire, or where your energy pools/collects). I am not personally sure if those both refer to the same place or if they are separate from eachother, but both perform a similar function; the solar plexus is usually the main chakra point where all of the energy from the rest of your body eventually flows through. It, and the Dan Tian, are the major centers where energy gathers and is 'stored' ... for lack of a better term. So if a large or invasive sort of energy needed to be drawn out it would be an efficient place to draw from. Or otherwise to heal a vague or diffuse heaviness or negativity.
As for the liquid, and being given to as s form of drink, it may have been your mind's way of understanding being given another energy to take in. Especially because drinking it (accepting the energy) was a choice left to you. You were presented with the energy and you chose to bring it into yourself. This is intriguing and also kind of important as it falls in line with how healers and energy working operates. A healer can not push energy into another person unwillingly. They need permission as what healers do I's make the energy available, then the person being healed takes the energy in.
As energy and colors go, green tends to be reflective of calm, growth, and in healing it tends to reflect an act of repair. ...Think of it like bones growing together, or cut skin growing new cells to close. I feel like this image of green liquid would have been strongly symbolic of taking in energy of growth and healing that would help your system close the gaps/fill in where the other negative energy was being drawn from. After all, a healer doesn't just suck out energy without replacing it with something else. Nor does a healer usually shove a bunch of energy into you with it having nowhere to go/settle in to.
As for the healer and guardian, I would love to know if you can share any details or impressions you have/remember about them. Even if it is just vague emotional impressions... like feeling safety (any familiarity?) From the guardian. Any features you can think of? Were they human? Something else? Vague light and shape? You might come to some other invites by considering those details as well.

Thank you, Spirit76, for replying! I've never heard of Dan Tian, it's something I want to look into now because that sounds interesting and I've always felt most things in my stomach, I always just assumed I had a very active Solar Plexus haha.
I think you're right about the drink being a way of me accepting the energy that was offered and being my choice- the whole experience felt very consensual and like I could stop at any time. I really feel like the green liquid was a form of energy that was given to replace the energy that was pulled.
From what I remember about the guardian they looked human, it looked like a man specifically but there were no clear details about what he looked like. I felt very safe with him being in the room and like he had been looking after me a long time. I'm almost positive he is one of my spirit guides and ever since this experience I can more easily sense his presence than the others whenever I try to communicate with my guides.
