Dream Help
By:
Lately I have been having dreams that are repetitive and a little bothersome. Is there a way to lessen the dreams or to stop having them? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Dreams are your subconscious [or spirit] trying to work something out and tell you something that you're ignoring in your waking life. Ask yourself what you're avoiding in life. Address the issue and this should stop the dreams.

Thank you Neko. I have taken a look into the issue earlier this evening and gave it some thought. Now I can relax a little about it, hoping this first step helps.

Try meditation before sleep.
It might sound strange but I can actually control my dreams I can dream anything I want but the other night I didn’t have any say in my dream first time in such a long while. I had a dream of snakes around me and the ones I love in a garden. Does anyone have any ideas of what this may mean?

Dreams are very, very complicated and (according to my knowledge) are mostly subjective. We can’t even agree what dreams are for, or if they have any significance to us. If you believe they contain messages, they likely will. Look into yourself and make connections, and possibly make positive changes in your life if your unhappy with pieces of yourself.
