Have you applied for a restraining order against him? That would be among the first steps to take mundanely. Also, start keeping a log of every evidence of stalking that you can show to back up your claims for law enforcement.

Then, a quick and easy spell to "freeze him" so he isn't able to act towards you is to take a smlll piece of paper and write his name on it. Roll the paper up and tie it with red string. Put the paper in a ziplock bag along with enough water to cover the paper. Charge it with the intention to stop his actions, and then put it into the freezer.
While that behavior may not even be close enough to get a restraining order, it could very well be enough to press charges for harassment. However, all of that contact must be documented.
I've recently have had a similar situation but in a different way and had a friend do me a person harassing him through different accounts, numbers as well as through other communications and other friends of mine, had to get a police officer to subpoena everything to cover myself from any false alligations made to protect myself and with all the evidence I have shows who did this to these people in a 100 of page documentations that I had to take with him to the local magistrates to protect myself from this person's twisted mind and doing this to friends with proof since people in this world will do crazy stuff

Bind him to leave you alone , I know it’s rough. There is always the restraining order which is an excellent way as well, because sometimes a spell can backfire trust me I know
