So in school I noticed whenever someone did something bad to me like hit me or bully me something would happen to me eg girl shared my secret the next day someone stole something from her a boy was being rude to me a ball hits him so at first I thought it was a coincidence but it started to be regular today I told my friend about it and told her I think I have ‘powers’ and I was gonna try learn to control it I was thinking her name then she told me she just broke her nail so I tried with someone else and 15 minutes later they posted about how they woke up sad can someone please help me understand what. Is going on and how I can control this and learn to choose what happens to the person

I personally don't think you have any such power to bring harm to another. Your most likely thinking about a person far too much and sending negative energy to their way which is causing them harm. To stop this think about something instead like homework or projects and put more energy into those for a positive outcome. Rather than just thinking negative about people around you.

The thing is I don’t even think about them that much when it happens I most of the time I’m thinking about something else

Thinking is not done solely in the conscious part of the mind. The subconscious will think on things as well that we are not aware of. Your subconscious may be thinking on the events and sending out the negative energy while your conscious goes about the day.
