new to all of this...haha

Post # 1
hello :-) i’m riley and i’m really new to witchcraft and magick. i want to learn the basic stuff like spell casting, hexing, and et cetera. apart from that i’d also love to get into crystals, herbs, and become a kitchen witch! although i don’t know where to start, what to buy, what to get, and i’m confused on everything.

so i joined because i needed help casting actually a hex on two people (and a spell on me and one of those people.. lol) but once i realized what this website was all about i decided i’d get help and learn here!

it’s really nice to meet you all already. i’m actually a little intimidated... i hope i don’t sound annoying or something ;-;

If you're new, best to start with learning the basics, before undertaking spellwork. It's always good to know the foundations and build up from there, as without knowing how and why things work, it is unlikely that a spell, ritual, or any other magickal working will manifest.
To get started I personally would focus on research than items, as you may not get what you will choose to use later on in your practice.

There are lots of brilliant beginner books available on stores like Amazon and lots of good posts on here that can help:
