Spell question

Hello!
There was a spell I tried and it worked! Even too well.. I am very pleased and happy

The problem is.. it said, that it will work in about two weeks to get it, then might not be able to get ticklish ever again.
I'm kinda worried. Does that mean I will go back to my original ticklishness level? Or that I will be desensitized and won't ever be able to feel tickling sensation? Or does that mean that the spell only works once?
I think it means the last one. That the spell only makes you ticklish for a week. Or maybe it means you cannot use it twice, to get even more ticklish?
I'm confused, idk what are the rules. I used the spell before reading the last thingie. Please help.
I dont think someoen would purposefully make a "curse" when the spell ends??

Okay.. so I realized, that it might mean that some people might not ever become ticklish from that specific spell.. is that correct? Anywayy, for me it worked very well, so in like 1 week I will get full results? Is that also correct?
Is this permanent?
