Spells for foreigners

Hi, I have to say I don't casting spells usually and Eglish is not my first language.

So I wonder if I cast a spell with my first language that is written in english like spells on this site, Will it works properly?

Of course I can understand meaning of sentences of spells, but if I have to speak it, it's not comfortable.

I would think it will work, as long as you are using no words or phrases that hold a certain power exactly because of their particular spelling or specific pronunciation. Such words of power are for example the 72 names of YHVH in Kabbalah. They must be written in certain way and pronounced in certain way to work because in Ancient Hebrew letters have meaning and a number assigned to them as well.

Before, I learnt English I used spells and rituals translated from English to Bulgarian, but I had to recheck the spelling pronunciation of the God's names for The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Translators very often mess with such things. If certain power is originating from certain tradition, it is always best to check with its practitioners. Translators make mistake like every other human. If you are using any generic books for magic written by modern witchcraft practitioners, it is unlikely that there is such danger, unless they cherry picked some random power words from mystical traditions all over the globe to make up the bulk of their book.
