Is there any ritual that I can do on the day of Halloween the kind of ritual I want to do is something to give me a contract with an demon and an angel to fuse those beings into me Halloween is suppose to be the strongest day of witchcraft so i have heard.

If you are referring to the Christian belief of demons and angels than you would understand they are vastly different and you cannot fuse them together. If you are seeking to empower yourself with demonic and angelic energy, what purpose do you wish for this to cause you? Basically, is there a motive behind why you want to do this?
Working with demons is a specific path of study. If you wish to embark on creating a connection with one, you must first research the study and understand all that goes into working with such entities, same goes for angelic entities. If you have no background or study into working or summoning either, than your ritual or spell will be ineffective in trying to get what it is you are looking to achieve.
Halloween is a traditional time of year where several different religious practices consider this time to be the thinnest in which the realm of the deceased and the realm of the living can communicate and interact. It does not enhance spells or rituals, but if you are looking to communicate with the deceased, you would have a better chance of getting a response during this time. Your rituals and spells can be just as powerful any other time of the year as long as your intent and meaning is truthful to your desires. In a sense if you believe this time of year would be more powerful than simply having that belief would power your spell. Same goes for anyone that uses the moon phases to conduct their castings, it is their path and belief, therefore it gives their intent more purpose.
I would first consider what it is you are looking to get out of your request and then start by doing research. Just because it is Halloween does not mean you must cast it tonight. Remember, Halloween comes every year, so if something isn't ready, use the time to research and understand the path you are looking to work with so that when you are ready to cast or perform a ritual, your intentions will be focused and your end result will be more influential to actually achieve what it is you are seeking.
