Making sense of my dreams
By:
I'm going through some challenges in my life that I faced also 2 years previously. I'm trying to move on from a toxic situation that is not good for me and I find my dreams are the constant reminder of what and who I am trying to move on from.

Is there a way to channel my dreams into something more positive or even take the burden from my shoulders and place it back on the person who is causing it?

I will be honest. Dreams, majority of the time, are a reflection of your own thoughts and within the subconscious. Rarely are dream prophetic and most are symbolic. You must let the past go. I understand that it is easier said than done. I have walked this road several times before. When you are truly able to let go, then you will feel lighter and free. My best advice is to seek professional help such as counseling sessions or psychologist. Traumatic experiences can affect us and even intervene with our daily lives. In terms of magic, try grounding yourself through meditation. Focus on growing your own roots and connecting with the earth. I also suggest a cleansing bath ritual. Here is the link to a spell I find calming and helpful:

I hope this helps. Blessed be.

In my experience, talk therapy helps with recurrent unpleasant dreams. I would take the advice of the user above and seek out a paychologist or a counselor.
