Put yourself in a meditative state. You should practice meditation daily as a part of your esoteric exercises. Imagine a crystalline structure made of your own light energy developing around you. Every day you should strengthen that field by meditating it and clarifying it. Try not to make it one single orb or sheet of energy but make it out of multiple intersecting points to strengthen the overall field. Like geometric patterns drawing lines between each other ((it helps to study sacred geometry to understand what shapes do what.)) The more your strengthen your field the better protected you will be so make this a daily practice in your life. But remember build it up too much and you'll begin to attract trouble from your light glow.
