I need help on something but it is very specific (I feel) Someone at work is very manipulative and it has come to light over the weekend. In a nutshell, "C" got "L" fired; "L" had been showing signs of discontent, so her being fired was a long time coming; however, my fellow manager and I while comparing notes realized "C" plotted out the whole thing. The problem is the Boss loves C and our concern is she isn't seeing C for who she truly is, esp when we gently presented her with some evidence (Boss defended C). Since the majority of the evidence comes from a disgruntled fired worker, I can see why it feels like flimsy evidence, but it is indisputable from our side. We're on guard and have safeguards in place to help, but from a Wiccan side I want to be able to have C reveal her true self specifically to Boss so she is open to receiving the information we are gathering. Any thoughts on the best spell for this?
Should also add: currently Boss and C and fellow manager are working on the West Coast with part of the team, while I am on the East Coast with the rest of the team. I can, however, get my hands on personal items for both as the nature of our work is working out of Boss' homes
It is of my opinion that the best spell for this is going to be the one you write for yourself.
To simplify the spell instead of focusing on an individual revealing their true nature, you could focus on your boss becoming more aware.
It may be easier to write up a spell opening your boss's eyes than to go to lengths to have C reveal herself. Meaning it could make your spell writing work simpler for you.
Or you could write up a spell to attempt to have the individual show more of their inner nature.
Or you may consider this that in this instance there isn't any more need for any spellwork.
You said yourself the individual fired contributed to their own firing.
What more is absolutely necessary? In time the individual's characteristics or nature may reveal itself on its own accord naturally.
You may wish to ask yourself if this situation needs your involvement at all.
thank you! That is a very fair question, and I am a firm believer of the Universe needing to do what is necessary in the time it should unfold.
My concern lies in that my boss is in the public eye so any damages can be far-reaching.
I will heed your advice on writing a spell myself as, coincidentally, while looking on the site, I felt compelled to write my own spell as well, so I think the Universe is now confirming that is what I need to do.
The best option here would be to contact your Human Resources department regarding these issues. If you really feel the need, contact your local labor board. Wicca is a religion and most Wiccans do not even cast spells. A spell of any kind will not help you in this situation.
