What exactly do you mean by powers and abilities? What are you seeking to do?

If you mean clairs such as clairvoyance, or clairaudience your answer is to practice.

If it is the ability to heal you'd want to practice healing techniques and visualizations.

Powers and abilities are such broad terms.

Perhaps clarify exactly what it is you are looking to accomplish.

You don't have any "hidden" powers or abilities. What you're perceiving as something extraordinary is astate of the mind that is able to discern patterns and understand them.
