Reincarnation

Hello fellow witches! So i have been wondering how i know if i have been reincarnated and/or from who i am the reincarnation of? Like where i was little i had an secret sexual obssesion with women, i was smarter than the other kids, i got mature much faster, i was interested in science, documentations and ect and undertstood it pretty quickly! Sometimes i even knew stuff about certant animals which i never heard before and were right! And i remember growing up to question who i am, having strange dreams and not looking at myself as the person my parents told me i am. It was always so wierd

There is something called a past life regression. It's basically a visualization technique in which someone walks backwards through time, or possibly envisions themselves in some peaceful environment with pass-throughs to the past or different eras. There are several ways to go about it.

Something to consider, though, is that there's not really a scientific way to prove, for a fact, that any of the results you experience are actually your past life. However, you may believe as you wish, and you may even find some very interesting correspondences with some of your previous explanations and other things in your past you hadn't even considered.
