Lemon, parsley, and different parts of the ginger root.

If you squeeze some fresh lemon juice and add it to your tea, have once morning and night you should see results with the help of proper excersize and diet. Parsley, has high levels of potassium, which is good for heart/cardio and neurological health. As for the ginger root, helps metabolism function and soothes your stomach.

I'm not an herbal practitioner, but i know the typical health and weight loss mixtures.

Text me in private and tell me your height, weight, sleeping, eating and workout schedule and what food you usually eat. I'll see how I can help you or if I can. There are certain potions, but they do not work only by themselves. :) If you're interested, I'm waiting for your message.
Be blessed!
