It is definitely possible to do spells in your sleep. When we dream our brains produce dimethyltryptamine which comes from the pineal gland during REM sleep. The pineal gland is connected to the third eye. Should you in a dream do a spell especially if you are constantly practicing spell work during the day, then it's definitely possible. You may even do so if you lucid dream. Which is probably easier since you retain your awareness.
Okay,Thank you.But what I'm still confused because the spell was a 'make someone dream of you' spell.Basically, you do this spell and you and that person will be in a dreamscape of the spellcaster's choice.I picked a close friend who lives far away to try this with. You are supposed to try to do the spell right before you fall asleep, and while doing the spell you will fall asleep and that is how to enter the dreamscape. Well, neither one of us tried the spell last night, yet it happened. The one time I did try it, we have no memory of a dream happening, but I sleepwalked, which is something I never do.Cold the spell have been delayed because of distance somehow?
Perhaps. Spells don't always work right away. I had done one about love and it didn't kick in until a week later.
Either both of you had the deep intention to do the spell regarding dreams or it delayed and kicked in. Why you slept walked might be because you were holding onto your conciousness before you drifted to sleep, so even though you did fall asleep some portions of the brain were awake.
I was trying to astral project which requires you to hold onto conciousness while falling asleep. I noticed I wake up at night randomly a lot now, and I caught myself sleep walking to the fridge.
Thank you. I believe I understand now.But I didn't sleep walk as far as you do. I'm pretty sure I just crawled to the foot of my bed and sat there, because when I woke up, I was sitting straight up cross-legged on my bed.Does distance not matter when it comes to sleep walking?
