Hi there,

I am been experiencing clouded mind. I am unable to think well take good decision at work and also experiencing poor memory. It feels like someone holding my head. It doesn't feel like I got open mind to think.

Please suggest how to get relief from this.

This almost sounds like a medical issue rather than a magic one. On this website it's always recommended to get the help you need first medically, before consulting to practices (recommended especially to those new to the craft)

Before I can help you should ask yourself if;

  • You're taking any prescriptions / drugs
  • Could someone be drugging you?
  • Do you have any disorders or illnesses?
  • Are you getting enough sleep?

I recommend contacting a doctor to get their opinion first.

If that is the case then, maybe you're lacking a spirituality. When I was catholic so many years ago, and started questioning what I was taught against what I learned here; it really put my mind in this reverse-brainwash depression that really fatigued me until I finally settled with a belief.

You should possibly consider meditation to clear your mind of negativity. I cannot link any threads regarding proper meditation because of my phone limitation; however they can be easily researched here using the search tool, or on the internet. Hopefully I help what you say is going on with you sounds bad and I really hope everything works out for you.

You can try and find spells on the site, I'd search for clarity spells or self healing spells.

However I always say the best spells are created by the user. Try to meditate your body and relax to a state of focus, imagine your energies flowing and spiraling throughout your body until you feel tingling in the body and hands. Then reach out to whatever deity you believe in, if you have no belief reach out to the universe. Finally in your head or out loud; tell it what you desire. A clear healthy mind, body, and spirit. Flushed of negativity. A renewal of your energies and no lack of fatigue. However you say what you want should be personalized to you and your true needs. Repeat it as many times as you like. I like to repeat based on your numerology of your real name, and a numerology test is on this site. That's more personalized to me you don't have to repeat at all if you don't want to.

Finally as it ends, be confident and conformational that the spell is in the air. As you finish the spell, release it outwards all the energy and words. Imagine it flowing through out the universe and finally sinking into it like water in dirt.

I hope this helps. There is no right or wrong way to make a spell, (well there is wrong ways if you're not in the right mindset, not clear enough what you want yourself, and depending on the faith wiccans have other factors like three told law and such.) Just be confident. Obviously if you're really in need for a clear and sharp mindset the workings of the spell should work with you.
