Bigger Lips/Features

Like the threads that cover lycanthropy, vampirism, shape shifting, etc... And how they are not possible on the physical spectrum; I would like to state that the same goes to altering appearances and features. Be it lips size, breast size, hair color, or eye color. The closest magic could help in any of that is say you made a spell that helps you afford hair products to change your color, and contacts.

But even then, why change who you are? If someone cannot accept you by looks they aren't worth being your friend let alone anything more. Personality first, and that should be what you wish to make improvements on. Fortunately magic can help that too. There goes an expression to love thy self. And that's as simple as it gets.

True looks shouldn't define you, but everyone has that one thing they don't like about themselves, and for some it makes them feel judged, changing that thing can bring more confidence and improve their lives [but overall I agree you should look inside for happiness and not externally]
