How do I contact the sun spirit?

There are several deities and spirits associated with the Sun. Being specific on which one you're looking to contact would make it easier for individuals to offer you suggestions on prayers, offerings, invocations, etc.

Freyr to be exact. (Sorry for not clarifying)
