I definitely will not have every answer, or the best. My response is mostly just my opinion and personal belief, so please take it with whatever grain of salt you choose.

Heal my mother's Fatty Liver Disease

Fatty Liver Disease has no known medication, from what I've read. However, becoming more active, healthy diet, watching cholesterol levels, and refraining from alcohol can help control or even reduce it. To stay on topic for this forum, incorporating Tumeric and Cinnamon may be a help, as well.

Loose weight
So I don't continue with adding misconceptions, magic cannot cause you to suddenly weigh less. Even if it could, it's unhealthy to suddenly drop large amounts of weight. However, a magic practice can help you with determination, setting goals and working towards them, and the like. That said, this will tie in with the above item: I believe it is important to spend some time in nature, especially with a magic practice. Perhaps encouraging both yourself and your mother with a regular walk in a local park would get you both active and help both of you to be a bit healthier.

Fast elixir or chant to cure anxiety or depression
I know nothing fast nor a cure for either. However, there are ways to address both. I could go on and on, but I'll stick with this:
For depression, I'd suggest starting with professional help. I did not, and I can tell you it's a very long and difficult path. There are techniques in some traditions which can help, but I won't make this post excessively long going into that.
As for anxiety, Mindfulness has helped many people with coping. It's not a cure, but it can definitely help. Basically (and no, this is not all of it), the person learns to acknowledge thoughts, but not to be a part of the thought. It is thus possible to ride out a panic attack or anxiety episode without being overwhelmed. Additionally, it becomes possible to reject thoughts, redirect thoughts, and more. A regular meditation practice is the place to start with this, but I will warn that any results will take time -- a minimum of thirty days -- before seeing much at all in the way of changes.

Help me Sleep at night
Sleep improvement is something I could go on about for pages. I'll tell you right off, though, that I'm already assuming some of your sleep troubles are related to some of the things you've mentioned in your post, such as experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as health issues you've touched upon. Addressing these things will have a positive impact on your sleep. Additionally, I recommend shutting off electronic devices at least a half hour before bed; the light emitted from most displays affects certain brain chemicals, and affects sleep. Also, the mental activity means the mind is much too active to just shut off and suddenly be ready for sleep. It's much better to dim the lights, and spend some time with something like reading, meditation, journaling, possibly study if it's a lighter subject. Also, it's a good idea to not have anything to eat at least two hours before bed, and no caffeine at least four hours before.

Enlarge my Butt (so I won't have to get plastic surgery)
I don't know of any magic spell or tradition which may help in this area. That said, becoming more active will help build muscle, as well as helping you become more healthy. Otherwise, you may just be fighting genetics. Sometimes, you just have the body nature gave you. It may be better to accept that, than to stress over it. Just be the best you that you can be.

Grow longer, stronger nails (mine won't grow very fast and are weak)
Finger and toe nails are very much affected by so many things in our lives. A stressful event can slow their growth, for example. Their growth and thickness may also be related to genetics. But that doesn't mean there's nothing you can do. Soaking your nails in things such as olive oil, possibly papaya (there are some pretty long lists of beneficial things which can be applied to the nails and cuticles) may be helpful. Additionally, diet can help. Making sure you're consuming Omega fatty acids, some cilicates, and sufficient calcium and protein, should help your nails as much as naturally possible. There are also polishes and laquers which can help thicken and strengthen nails.

Bless Charms (with luck,love,health,etc;.)
Charms, amulets, et cetera, can be blessed, charged, and whatever else people want to call it, faily easily. Enchanting one can be as simple as holding it in your hands while in a meditative state, visualizing the type of energy and property you want going into the item. It can be more complicated, such as passing it through incense smoke, sprinkling it with oils and charged waters, letting it bathe in moon light, chants or prayers, and more. It's really up to you, and there are so many great resources around the Internet with various instructions.

Make potions
Potions can be a complicated topic. They can be externally applied to the skin, consumed, or not applied to a person at all. Each of these things can really change how one is made. But they can also be very simple: Each of their ingredients corresponds with the purpose of the potion. As you learn and study, you may build lists of properties. In time, you'll be able to build potions, poultices, salves, tinctures, and more. Just give it time and study. There's no rush.

Put Energy and Magic in my Wand
Firstly, the basics about a wand: It's not something which necessarily contains any energy. At least, it's not the source of your magic; you're the source. A wand is just a tool, most often used merely to direct energy. That said, many practitioners will bless, dedicate, anoint, etc., their wands. It's all up to you. And if you do wish to instill some energy into one, it would be the same process as enchanting anything else.

Get good grades and become more intelligent (hopefully better at math:(
Better grades has more to do with study habits and classroom and school behavior than much else. One tip is that study before bed is better remembered, as sleep is when long term memories are developed. So do your homework after getting home, and then go over the principles of the latest lessons in math just before bed. It should be easier to recall the next day. It goes in with developing better sleep habits, above.

hey, so magick can do a lot of things, but you need to combine it with mundane and medical help to increase it's success. magick just makes things easier. if you need money, a spell will make it easier to save, if you need to loose weight, a spell will help keep you motivated, and so on. regarding your questions:

Heal my mother's Fatty Liver Disease

you can look into reiki or herbal remedies as well as a new eating/exercise routine, but mostly look to your doctor for help. there isn't a spell that will make it vanish.

Loose weight

i posted a spell [go to my history] which is a weight loss aid, it won't make you wake up the next day in your dream body, but it will help you with cravings and motivation. [yes, you will need to change your diet and exercise routine]

Fast elixir or chant to cure anxiety or depression

look into affirmations, you could also take St. John's Wort or vitamin D to help [don't overdo it] again, a change in diet and exercise can help, as well as journaling and meditation, but again, talk to your doctor. [magick isn't and instant or quick fix, it's meant to help you on your journey]

Help me Sleep at night

analyze your room and design it for sleep [don't watch tv in bed, don't scroll on your phone right before bed, don't eat in bed, it's for sleep only] meditate, deep breathing, a cup of chamomile, mint, or lavender tea and drink it mindfully. you can also look into aromatherapy and use scented pillow or essential oil to sooth you to sleep. you can also try a chant to calm yourself before bed.

Enlarge my Butt (so I won't have to get plastic surgery)

magick doesn't do instant physical changes, you can cast a spell to help you achieve your goal, but you should also look into leg exercises that tighten and tone your butt.

Grow longer, stronger nails (mine won't grow very fast and are weak)

again, not how magick works, look into your diet, and use a clear coat with vitamins to strengthen your nails.

Bless Charms (with luck,love,health,etc;.)

there are a ton to choose from, check the spell section of the site and fine one that works for you [be sure you know "the basics" of magick so you can cast successfully]

Make potions

potions are basically liquid spells. you can charge a hand cream with energy and it can be considered a potion. next time you make tea/coffee charge it with energy, as you stir it [if you put anything in your drink, if not just cup your hands around it] charge it with energy and as you sip it, visualize your desired goal for the day [you can also say a chant if you wish] there, you just made a potion.

Put Energy and Magic in my Wand

again, look into "the basics" energy work is part of them. feel the energy enter your body, move down your arms, pooling in your wand in your hand. [very basic, but that's all you do] you can say a blessing and consecrate it, but basically, that's all you do.

Get good grades and become more intelligent (hopefully better at math:(

not to sound like a broken record, but you can say a chant or light a yellow candle while you study. research, study, practice, that's the only way to get better i'm afraid.

• Heal my mother's Fatty Liver Disease:
Send her a blessing using a white magic spell. There are plenty of blessing spells for you to do, but if you're not initiated I wouldn't recommend doing a ritual/spell to help someone unless you're prepared to receive the other person's problems.
• Loose weight:
Work out, go for a run, do cardio. You can't use magic to change your body shape, you have to work for it.
• Fast elixir or chant to cure anxiety or depression:
Do a healing depression spell. There are plenty of spells you can use to do this.
• Help me Sleep at night:
Do a spell to help you sleep at night. There are plenty of spells you can use to do this.
• Enlarge my Butt (so I won't have to get plastic surgery):
Not possible. Work out and do some squatting exercises to get a better butt, you can't use magic to change your body shape.
• Grow longer, stronger nails (mine won't grow very fast and are weak):
Not possible.
• Bless Charms (with luck,love,health,etc;.):
You can do a purification bath/ritual bath using some ingredients and candles for what you desire. Per example, rose essential oil, honey and rose petals for love + a pink/red candle, mint leaves, mint essential oil for money + a green candle.
• Make potions:
Learn, read books on how to make potions or search up how to make a nice potion.
• Put Energy and Magic in my Wand:
You can bless or enchant your 'wand', but stuff like this? Only in Harry Potter.
• Get good grades and become more intelligent (hopefully better at math):
Do an enlightenment/creative spell to boost your creativity. You're gonna have to work for it, magic doesn't make everything happen. Study, do exercises so you can get better at math.

My point of view regarding these questions:
This isn't Harry Potter. You can't use magic to change your body, and, everything.

Before I forget to add this:

When using herbal medicine, please do some research. There are some which have negative interactions with other medications, and some which can cause harm when used in large amounts.

For example, Saint Johns Wort can cause sun sensitivity (so make sure to wear sun protection when outdoors) and may interact with certain medications. It is important to discuss these things with your doctor, and list everything you may be taking. People have ended up in some pretty bad situations because they did not disclose everything to their physician, and two substances interacted badly with each other.

More about St. John's Wort: It is not an immediate fix. Its active chemicals need to remain at a therapeutic level in your system. A lot of people will take it once and denounce its effectiveness. However, if taken regularly, after at least a month, it will help regulate serotonin levels -- which is often associated with depression.
