So i have a vanity in my room with a big three-piece mirror, and on the opposite wall fairy lights, so i can generally tell when something changes. I'm really observant in my peripherals so whenever it happens i always notice and look immediately but its gone. Granted there are objects like perfume bottle in front of it, but sometimes i see a shape near the bottom of my mirror flit across it and it really scares me. I have protective runes on my walls and door, but i know the power of mirrors and their connection to spirits and considering my mental health state and the vibes i get sometimes i dont have a doubt in my mind that something could be here. Anything anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated; maybe a spell to cast on a necklace or ring? Thanks.
I'd recommend a nightly banishing ritual. I have an opinion that what you're seeing may be inspired by what is going on internally, or your depressive moods may be attracting something. The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram is a relatively simple ritual, which creates a sacred space around yourself. More importantly, it is designed to empower the user, and not just demand whatever unwanted thing(s) go away. It evokes the power of the Creator (it does use names of the Abrahamic god, in case that bothers you, but there are other versions) as well as Archangels. It includes some deeply symbolic elements, but this knowledge is not necessary to perform the ritual.

If you're interested in a book which introduces people to ritual magic without getting religious, I would strongly recommend Donald Michael Kraig's "Modern Magick." It can be found in print, but a slightly older edition is available widely online as a free .pdf download, such as here:
@prsona is suggesting a good idea, but may Ialso suggest creating some protective sigils or enchanting your perfume to banish negative energy with each spritz. Also, maybe hang a protective sachet or hang a dream catcher? This is just my two cents, take it or leave it as you will- I just want to help.
