Vibration stage

I have recently been having trouble with getting into the vibration stage. People say "Just stay still and don't move" but that hasn't been work for me. Does anyone know an easy way to get into the vibration stage.

Vibrations and so much more is all around us, patiently waiting to be recognized. What works for one doesn't always work for another. Failure is a milestone of success and you can work around it, or with it.

You might consider meditating to binaural beats and visualizing the vibrations within yourself changing from the time you begin, to the time you end. Sit still, don't move, and don't make a noise isn't always the most practical pursuit, like in your case. Other alternatives include throat singing, Tibetan singing bowls, etc.

I am not very good at projecting.

but, to get to the vibrational feeling i find when i focus on a point inbetween my ears and close my eyes i get something not unlike a binaural/ sine wave feeling/ sound in my head. this can be very disorienting with your eyes closed and makes me have a bit of vertigo as the sensation can be very intense and fully immersive. hope my experience helps

I can't do it at will, but I have done it a few times but it only works when first I have fallen to sleep and then wake up outside myself. One time I got to the vibration state without falling to sleep and just relaxing, but I was really new to witchcraft at the time and sorry to say I panicked, the pull felt so strange to my body and I pulled myself back. sometimes fear of the feeling can hold you back work on relaxing more.
