How many drops of lavender and orange essential oil should I add to my love oil for anointing?

This all depends on the quantity of base oil you are using, as well as whether you are planning on using on the skin or solely on tools/candles/etc as orange is a photosensitive oil that needs to be used with great care.

If it is a 10 ml bottle, I feel like between 2 and 4 drops should be minimum. If you feel like you want to add more lavender or orange oil, for some reason like texture, smell, whatever, feel free to do so. Essential Oils are safe for human consumption, interaction with tissues, etc. Be careful so that it is not an Aroma Oil, which is used solely for the smell and can be toxic for the skin.
In case you want to anoint objects, it really doesn't matter which one you use, as long as the Aroma Oil has natural ingredients (the main aroma must be of natural providence, not synthesized in a lab).
Be blessed!

Be wary of random advice found online. Not all essential oils are safe for consumption. It depends on the plants. Some plants contain oil-soluble toxic substances which may be toxic, either to ingest, or possibly absorb through the skin. It is always advised to research the specific plant in question.

In order to stand corrected, I post an article that speaks about essential oil human consumption. Indeed, research is needed all the time when planning to ingest anything!
