Legally if you're under 18 you need parents permission to be taught a different religion [check your counties laws on the issue specifically but the US has this law, and Canada has bi-laws around witchcraft which was also illegal in Canada until 2017] also this is not a teaching website so few who are knowledgeable enough to teach most likely won't teach. Thirdly there are a number of things you need to be present in the same space to see if it's being done correctly [energy work for example. If you are not charging/grounding correctly the teacher could feel the energy. That's nearly impossible over email]

Many people who are advanced on this path didn't have a teacher of there own [i didn't, and I know of only 2 witches that have] unless you are wishing to join a group like British Traditional Wicca who require you to learn from a coven member, you don't need one. You can read articles on this site and other similar pagan sites as well as join a group on this site that teaches its members, watch YouTube videos, read books, and do a ton of things to educate yourself.
