This forum is set up such that URLs are not parses as hyperlinks. It helps reduce the effectiveness of link spammers (not like Madam_Witch's posts above, but people advertising questionable services in a post-and-run spam attack) so that the posted links to not affect search engine results.

So for a more direct response, try highlighting the web address. Most modern browsers can detect that the text is a web site address, and may offer the opportunity to open that link, if not in a new tab or window.

Where do I go to ask about a spell I cast?

Kelly, it really depends on what it is you want to know. If you're curious about aspects of the spell itself, it's better to determine what goes into the effort before actually casting the spell. If you're wondering about its success, your best bets are to use divination to check up on it or to rely on synchronicities for signs that the working is taking effect.
