No. While sacrifices may occur, I doubt they are human. Also, the entire movie is meant to thrill people, not explain the truth about wicca. Which leads to the bad stereotype that all witches are bad.

That movie has absolutely no resemblance to the actual religion and practices of Wicca

If you'd like to learn more about what Wicca is actually about I'd suggest reading some of the pinned posts in the Wicca Forum, particularly the post on What Wicca Is and Isn't at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=637268

I walk a fine line with how magick is portrayed in media, like on one hand I get it's for fun [see Hocus Pocus] but it can get rather annoying when they rely on bad stereotypes which I fear can cause another Satanic Panic [see Chilling Adventures of Sabrina] while you can get entertainment value out of something [really like both the above examples] there's always that concern that the average person will watch a movie/show and conclude they are showing witchcraft accurately since the default in media is "white Christian" and they're shown in a fine light. But I like to believe the majority knows it's fiction and not a documentary.

As for "is Thai Wicca" this is a slasher movie? No. Wicca is the opposite of a slasher. [for one thing I don't know a single Wiccan who practices blood magick. For another their ritual knife cannot draw blood or it is tainted] Wicca is the softest form of witchcraft you can get [not a bad thing, but in terms of scare factor the biggest fight in the Wiccan community I've seen is "is eating meat wrong" and the other side being "you're not a real Wiccan unless you're vegan"] sure makes a scary horror movie to have real Wiccans as your villains [look out, they'll bless everyone but you and bring you lavender cookies!]

If you want to branch out to paganism and witchcraft in general, there are some small groups who do animal sacrifice [mostly groups like Hoodoo, Santeria and folk magick and even then it's a small subgroup] however, they aren't breaking into your house to snap your kitties neck and drink it's blood while chanting in tongues. Animal sacrifice is a sacred ceremony, the animals are treated with the most respect [because they are giving their deities the best livestock] they are killed in a humane way, and in every case I've researched every part of the animal isnused [meat is eaten, bones are used in spells, blood is given to their deity, so on] while I would never do an animal sacrifice, I find it a little silly people who are fine with eating meat [which if you ever want to become a vegetarian research that process] but the idea of an animal [usually a chicken or goat] being killed as a way to honour a deity and then its meat consumed barbaric and wrong.

Also, as for humans being killed in pagan rituals, there's zero evidence of that [unless you wish to research Satanic Panic because that was a fun time in America. Countless talkshows interviewing people who claim they were part of cults as babies they only now remember thanks to hypnosis]
