Hii I got black seed (kim) oil as a gift from my friend. I dont know anything about it besides basic google search so does anyone know the benefits of it in herbalism? Thank you for answers

Black seed oil is mainly used as an anti-inflammatory and is a good antioxidant. You can make a soothing healing salve from it be mixing it with coconut oil and a bit of beeswax. I have never heard it called “Kim”, What is the scientific name listed on the bottle?

Nigella Sativa (also known as black seed) is an amazing herb for medication. Though I would be careful and consult with your doctor before using it since studies have shown that is can boost the immune system and do a lot of other amazing health benefits. But the research on humans is limited (but this may have changed over-time). I suggest reading these articles:
