Observing the solstice

This day has a lot of significance to many paths. For Odinists, it is a fire festival and a celestial symbol that Jul (Yule) is here. We keep the fires burning all night on this day, just one small part of the events observance. Those in other paths that celebrate this event, please leave a small note of you celebrate this day. It would be interesting to see what we all do during this important seasonal event.

I should do more [motto for every sabbat lol] I make a big dinner [if I have friends over it's a potluck] light candles and incense all day, clean/cleanse/protect my home, hold a circle or two giving thanks, leave food/drink offerings on my altar, and have friends over for a party. If I need a spell I do it during my second circle.
