I did a very bad thing

About 5 months ago I did a time acceleration spell (or at least a time perception acceleration spell) it didn't work so I kept on doing it again and again almost each day, my time perception adapted as I did it so I didn't notice a change until now. I don't even remember the first 4 weeks of school passing and it felt like it went too quickly like 3 days. I don't remember the spell now but I need something to reverse it. I am afraid I am going to die at age 80 and feel like the time didn't go enough to be an adukt. Please help.

in my experience with altering the perception of time, time expands and contracts equally. i do not believe you have anything to fear. ground yourself often.

I have to wonder about the above. As I have not worked with this sort of thing, there are accounts from people working with Fotamecus, or doing work on their own, with results similar to what Waytamer described. They say that time is 'compressed' at some point, but 'expanded' at some other. Whether it is a matter of reality or perception is debatable, however,

This is probably rather late, but I think this issue can be solvable with a bit of conscious effort. Time, and the perception of it passing, tends to be telated to one's level of engagement in the moment. You know, the old adage about how a watched pot never boils. As you sut there, counting the seconds you necome directly focused on the passage of time. Because you are more aware of each moment, the seconds command more presence of mind. Likewise if you are distracted, maybe engaged in a book or movie where you are concentrating on the story instead of thinking about passing time, it slips by unnoticed.

Time itself doesn't change, but how you perceive and process its passing does. If time seems to be running fast it means your attention has been drawn away from the moment. Memory doesn't kick in to 'record' its passing, so there are empty gaps being filtered out.

Try returning your focus to the present moment whenever you can. Exactly where are you. Exactly what are you doing. What is being said/discussed around you. Make comscious effort to commit indovidual moments to your attention.

...Some additional food for thoight; stress, fatigue, and overall personal activity ate also huge factors. Consider that time may be blurring by because you are busy and engaged in a rapid pace between school, study, friends, games, sports, etcetera.

You won't die early and time is not speeding up, nor can you go back in time, it moves forward at the same speed forever. these spells don't actually work [if they do, it just create the illusion of time moving faster so you can get through a slow day or tough time in life. Kind of how some days time seems to fly and others it drags on depending on how invested you are in a task]

I will say I hope this taught you a lesson in patience because spells are not instant, they all take time. Some manifest in a matter of minutes, some in years [most take a few weeks to months] you need to be patience and observant of the world around you. Magick is subtle so you'll only notice subtle cues it's working.

If you're worried about time I suggest meditation and mindfulness to help you be in the present moment and worry less.
