What do you mean by "cast a spell for Cernunnos"?

I wanted to cast a spell for his blessings.

You don't need to cast a spell for that. You need to create a relationship with Cernunnos and then simply ask for his blessings. It would be the same as praying to a Deity.

A great book on how to establish a working relationship with any Deity is "Devoted to You" by Judy Harrow.

I would just research what he likes and create an altar in his honour, then leave an offering and give a heartfelt speech introducing yourself and asking to work with him.
