How do we send an email message to a specific user on this website I’m trying to figure it out but can’t find anything!

@Kaur1983, go to the user's profile look at the top of their profile you should see six tabs " Profile, Mail, photos, friends, history, wishlist" Click on the " Mail " tab which will take you to the tab and just fill out the messaging information such as "Title" and "Message" and after you're done just hit "send message" and the user should receive the message.

I tried but mail tab is not there under my user profile!

well you go to MeowMeow1180's Profile and then click where it says profile and when you see the drop down menu click mail. it should take you to a screen where it has a place where you fill out the title and message. thats where you fill out the message.
