Energy Shields

How do you cast energy shields and what are their purpose? Sorry for asking so many things all the time XD

Well energy shields I think has many uses , but mainly its a defense tool against physic attacks as for how to create them just visualize mainly

The major purpose of energy shields is to protect oneself against negative energy from outside sources. Visualization and meditation is the best way to start creating energy shields. I found an article that should suit you fancy:

One has to strengthen the shield everyday to keep it solid. The two things I do is use Black Tourmaline or a Thoughtform to filter out the negativity so that way you don't have to do too much work.
