Whether it's online or in real life, a coven still follows the basic rules of leadership. A high priest and priestess must be knowledgeable to a certain extent, but they must also be good leaders. Treat one another like family, not slaves. Listen to what each member has to say, not silenced them. If there's disagreements, work it out with civility, not humiliation. A coven is a family, not a place of war. It is a place where members learn from each other and help each other in their time of need. A dear friend of mine and I have started a coven ourselves. We established rules of no judgement, acceptance, rationality and civility because we knew this is the best way for members to trust, love and care for one another. We protect each other and guide each other. My dear members, I love unconditionally. A priest/ess is nothing without his/her members.

If you establish these rules, your coven is sure to succeed. Other than that, you're free to design it as you pleased. For me, my dearest co-priestess and I, with all my spectacular members have sessions every week, discussing different topics of magic. Even throughout the week, when we have questions, we ask each other and have a mini discussion. I always enjoy our discussions with my family.

I wish you the best. Any further questions, you may ask me at a time best for you. Blessed be.

I wrote a lengthy piece of the sorts of things one needs to think about when starting a real-life coven. You can find it at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=895424 Hope it helps.
