Baby casting spells

As a adult I want a spell casted on.me to turn me into a baby girl

Sorry but that is pure fantasy and isn't possible in the real world.

There is no such magic or spell that can turn you into anything else. I'm afraid you're stuck with the body and person you already are. Anyone who would tell you otherwise is either deluded or lying to you.

Not true there are some spells but only powerful people caste them
