After a paralysis, i woke up from my body and took a small walk out of my bedroom, the world was greyer than usual, it was the Ethereal plane. i was very dizzy and tried to cast fire, but failed. I then became more dizzy until i found myself in my body again, what was your first experience like?
My first experience was watching over my father while he was in the hospital. I do not remember much except calling out to him, apparently I was really close to the physical plane, because he had heard me call out to him.
My first experience was when my Guide got fed up with my complaining about a lack of success in my attempts. I have a bad habit of getting into my own way when I try to achieve things so hard that I get myself frustrated then there is a lack of progress. I get so focused on my frustrations that they become the focus instead of any efforts to keep trying.
So, being the rather direct and literal Dragon he is, when I wished he could just pull me out like a stubborn weed and get it over with, He did just that.
I was in meditarion, trying to convince whatever part of me that was being afraid and defiant to just let go, when I had the unmistakeable sensation of being grabbed by the top of my head. Immediately followed by the alarming sensation of being picked up through the top of my head, and thrown in one fluid motion.
My first experience was like this:
I was laying on a sofa relaxed, my body didnt move at all amd I was foucused. I started seeing something bright like white or light yellow and heard something between high pitches and vibrations. I felt electricity all over my body. My heart started to beat faster and my breathing became fast and shallow and I lost my focus. I opened my eyes but I couldnt move at all for a minute! But I didnt see shadow people like you see in sleep paralysis.
