Everytime I AP (with the help for a spirit) I come back in a matter of seconds!! It is so irritating and no matter what I do I can never make it! I don't belive this thread will solve my problem anyways but can suggest something?
It could be a couple of different things going on. It might help to examine what might be snapping you back. Is it the same process every time? What are you aware of doing right before returning? Are there any specific thoughts or actions you are doing?
What about your environment both astrally and physically. Are there noises or activities in the area that interrupt you? Is there an event or entity that you keep running across that kicks you back? Do you get a sudden sense of fear, the unknown, or disconnection (or anyother anxiety) from being consciously separate from your body?
Explore, explore, explore. In perceived failure explore why. In perceived success explore how. And remember always that such practices are a journey, not a light switch. It is not uncommon for people to earnestly practice and learn and reflect on themselves for years in order to find a natural comfort and familiarity.
It could be something as simple as needing to grow familiar with the feeling and experience. Maybe after the spirit assists you in going astral it 'lets go' to allow you to find your feet, and so you fall back. Like riding a bike for the first time when the training wheels are off- it's easy until no one is holding on to the bike for you. It can takes a few tries to stay up once they let go.
Yes; same process everytime though different places. Being there, walking..depends on the sotuation. Either I will be walking or be turned around for a reason. Thoughts, during projection no. But I don't think that thoughts of bringing you back actually bring you back..I think it's a myth.
Environemt is quiet and to be honest I don't see any type of entity..I don't know of it exists somewhere though, maye entities bring me back for specific reasons.
No fear, no emotion at all. The unknown is from my favourite things...
About that, am superly familiar I don't get what is wrong. And the only sense I have is vission anyways. I just don't get why I just don't stay there, seems preety easy especially when I'm guided to houses.
