spirit summoning

Looking for the meat and potatoes of actual summoning of spirits. If any one can provide the answers, please advise me by email.

Depends on what type of spirits. Your best bet is to get a grimoire on summoning. Summing spirits also isn't a good place for a beginner to start without a good foundation of magical/spiritual practice.

I would recommend Arbatelif you're new to this sort of thing. It's an easier grimoire to get into. Here is a link:
