For friends, I recommend doing a self-cleansing ritual. Which cleanse yourself getting rid of negative energies within you. And I also recommend carrying a black tourmaline crystal with them always since it's a powerful crystal which blocks off unwanted energies and protects them from unwanted energies.

As for you, I recommend carrying around and getting a crystal called Amethyst, which helps with reducing stress, brings love, peace, protection, and happiness. When you're stressed make sure to hold the crystal allowing it to help de-stress you and calming you and making you feel more peaceful within. Carrying it around also helps calms fear, so it's great when you're getting stressed of a test you're scared you might fail.

Titanium, if you mean it makes them sick and it cuts them as in they're in a foul mood and cut themselves, they need to seek a mental health professional.

I know self-harm has been trendy these past few years (it has at least been more talked about, though it has been a 'thing' that depressed people have done for a long time), but it should always be taken seriously. It is a sign of issues which need to be dealt with. The person cutting themselves may find some justification, or believe that it's something other than themselves.

There is help.

No spell you do for them is going to just make it stop. No potion they drink or apply will make them stop a destructive behavior.

Yes: Magic can help change a behavior. But understanding why, realizing the truth deep inside, is more effective of a path than just trying to stop. Often, a person will trade one destructive behavior for another, or they'll end up bottling things up in stead of coping, until it's overwhelming and they either return to the bad behavior, or do something more drastic.

Encourage them to seek help.
