Does anybody know a good sleeping spell?

Are you looking for a spell to fall asleep more easily yourself, or one to help someone else sleep? Or one to do things in your sleep, such as to induce lucid dreams, meet an entity, or what have you?

To fall a sleep

Here's a link to a thread where we talked about herbs that aid in getting to sleep. You don't have to use them in spellwork but they could all be easily used in a spell. On another note I like to put amethyst and quartz by each other on my nightstand or next to wherever I sleep to induce strong calming energies which helps sleep.
