I've read it many times now and still cant get it

Chakras were my first lesson in magick along with imagination and breath techniques. In my opinion yoga is the most important practice in this journey. I suggest you take your time as these are serious studies

Think of it this way, everything is a creation of the Deity you believe in. So therefore, in a way, everything and everyone is connected.
Chakras are energy centers.

Chakras and grounding are quite different subjects and don't have a lot to do with each other. So which is it your confused about, or is it both?
