Generally, to meditate, one sits in a comfortable position with their back straight and their eyes closed in a quiet or relaxing space to block out distractions.
Depending on the intent of your meditative session, you may or may not choose to focus on something, but you would ideally let unrelated or unuseful thoughts simply pass by.
If you simply type "meditation" into Google, you will find plenty of useful results for techniques, as well as exercises and guided meditations.

You must have a rock hard belief, seeds of doubt grow and even in a spell that works your seed of doubt can damage the spell and change it in ways that you did not intend.

Also I would like to mention there really is no such thing as Black or white magic. All things have both the good and the bad within them. Its how its used by the caster.

Many of these spells will work, but many also won't. It isn't hard to post a spell even if you know zilch about magic. But no spell will work if your belief isn't pure. Also, energy control is key to most of the real spells posted on this site.

yes, spells do work! if you truly do want them to work, you have to put your mind to it. research. research *everything.* start simple before you get into spellcasting. start with the basics of meditation and energy, what witchcraft is, etc. starting with spellcasting is generally a bad idea.

and just remember: different spells manifest in different ways. sometimes, i do a money spell, i'll find a penny on the ground. one time, my parents gave me 200 dollars for a convention. it really depends on how specific you are, and what you are trying to achieve.

When I meditate I usually do it in my room where I'm comfortable and it's quiet sometimes I'll put on tranquil music and I really focus on my breathing after a while you kind of enter a kind of State almost, of peace and Tranquility this can also be called grounding when you're about to do a spell it's really good to practice this.

Concentration is a must for a spell to work. Painful feelings are partly habitual. Acting in accordance with magic to banish such feelings requires you to stop feeding the habit. Meditation gives the habit a chance to fade out. As much as you can, eliminate the topic from your internal dialogue as well. When you notice yourself dwelling on the old pain, gently and firmly change the subject.

If you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.

You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.

Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.

So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:

"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman

"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson

"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig
