To everyone else that has helped me thank you, but to those that have mailed me claiming to be a powerful wizard, and have tried to get me to mail them some where other then here, I'm not interested. Also those that claim they know a powerful spell caster, I'm not interested. I'm hoping for legit advice and solutions.

I'm sorry for asking more questions, but I'm still trying to figure this. It feels like I'm getting closer to understanding my problem because of everyone's advice. It could be very possible that I have several issues that are causing my fatigue. I very well could be deficient in Vitamin D, and magnesium. A portion of it could be my depression as well. The third portion could be a lack of sleep.

About the lack of sleep issue. I have noticed that I dream every night, but when I wake up my eyes are always blood shot no matter what. There are times when it feels like I lack the oxygen I need when I breathe. Sometimes it feels similar to how I felt when I used a mouth piece, but sometimes it doesn't.

Has anyone used a sleep apnea machine and had success? I would love to read your story. I need to do more testing with my sleep apnea machine. I have a nose mask, and not the full face because it kept breaking the seal. One of the other problems I have had with Nose mask is that, there might be too much air coming into my nose. It makes a sound like I'm snoring. I may have to turn it down to help this work better. I tried the nose mask with tape on my mouth so the air couldn't escape.

About the vitamin defeciency. This could be possible. If I remember correctly when I took Vitamin D in 2012, it seemed to help a bit with my fatigue. So I'm going to try it again.

There are several family members on both sides that have very similar sleep problems as me.

Thanks for all the help.

I haven't used a cpap (for sleep apnea) machine myself, but my mom has had used a cpap for almost 20 years and has had wonderful results. She was like a different person after she started treatment.

Theresa_Riot, wow that is great news. I'm so glad it helped your mom in a significant way. Thanks for sharing that story. It also gives me hope in it working for me too. I'm going to continue to try to get my machine to the correct setting.

I have a question- I have depression, and I have read that depression can cause sleep problems. I'm unsure but this could be the cause of my problem. Is there anyone that has depression and has trouble sleeping?
What is your method to trying to work through it?

Thank you for your time.
