Know any great tea recipes for heartburn? :)

I know for a fact that Mint, Chamomile and echinecia are great for digestion, which can be a huge problem when it comes to heartburn. In my home town, chamomile sells for about a dollar in teabag form. I'd definately give it a try and see.

Recently got a new one cup coffee maker and a filter perfect for making fresh tea whenever I want. I've also invested in the use of Theanine to help regulate my moods. Any tea ideas for mood/depression regulation?

*Recipie of the Week*

Potent Luck with Money

Aside from herbal teas, I take pride in my work with herbs and oils. Today I am going to show you a recipie I invented for a "Potent luck with money" Oil. First of all, chose a base. I usually use Extra virgin olive oil. Take out a jar, pour in just enough oil to coat the bottom. This recipie is going to be potent, so you want a little oil instead of a drowning the herbs in it.

Next you will need:

1 part Marjoram

1 part Mint

1 part Rose (Rose water works fine too)

1 part allspice

1 part pine

1/2 part Sage (Sage helps to purify the oil, so only a small amount is needed)

3 parts Maple

Feel free to also add Dandilion root, but it isn't necessary. Dandilion helps to improve ones third eye. Since I am a Tarot reader, I put a little Dandilion and/or LemonGrass in every oil I make.

Grind the herbs down with a Mortar and Pestle or Herb grinder. From there, drop into the oil and seal tight. Place in a dark area for three days and shake everyonce in a while. After three days, strain using a fine cloth such as muslin or cheesecloth (try to refain from using a metallic strainer. It's fine if you have to). Strain into a container with a tight seal (dark bottles work best) and store in a clean safe place.

Don't forget to lable your oils!

As for wieght loss, tea in general is good. It keeps you hydrated and helps you fend off any cravings for soda and other unhealthy drinks. It just depends on what your favorite tea is
