i need to summon a spirit

can someone tell me how to summon a goetic spirit? i am trying to contact forneus. who is very friendly and reccomended for beginners. i need a easy way to do it i found one by masters of the sun on youtube but i cant find the video anymore, and please no warning. i am not a teenager. i am a grown man who has made up his mind. thank u for any help.
