What do you mean by shape changing, like you changing your appearance?

It depends on what kind of elemental magick you are talking about.
Calling the elements into castings can be done, but controling the elements is simply not going to happen.

There are many ways to get the elements help help with your work but the other are right as far as I know with my years of working with magic.

Okay like others said. You cannot freeze water, you can not shape shift, you can not grow wings or make fire appear out of nowhere. Its like the magick and occult you see on movies and shows. This is real magic. Magick comes from energy. And energy comes from the universe or what ever you might believe it comes from.

You need to know that some of the spells that are listed in fantasy type spells are for one fantasy and not real.
