The question should have been addressed "who is LUCIFER? '
He is not fallen Angel. He is a Light bringer, also a God.

That is the belief of Lucifer according to Pagan teachings, however in Judeo-Christian theology they believe he was God's favorite angel who fell from grace, some denominations of Satanism however seem to treat these beliefs as if they were combined, making him God's fallen angel, but giving him characteristics and qualities associated with the Pagan God Lucifer.

The story of Lucifer, as told by Jesus, is not recorded in the Bible. But, the mystery schools do remember it. Jesus told it to the children at the Sermon on the Mount. It goes like this: After creation, God and the angels were in Heaven, and God looked down upon his creation. But, God was sad. Finally, one of the angels asked God why he was sad. "Because," God said, "Man worships me because he knows no other way. Man is not making a choice to worship me." God was quiet for a while, and then said "I have a solution. Man must be shown that there is a choice. One of you must go down to Earth and show mankind that choice, so that they can choose to worship me freely. Who will go?" None of the angels spoke. Who would ever want to leave the glory of Heaven and God's presence? Finally, one angel spoke up. It was Lucifer. He said "I will go. On one condition." The other angels gasped. Here was an angel that had the audacity to bargin with God. But, God told him to continue. "I will go to Earth and I will show mankind that they have a choice on the condition that for every soul that makes the choice to worship you I am allowed one hour to sit outside the Gates of Heaven and listen to my brothers and sisters sing their heavenly songs." God considered this and agreed. And, with tears in his eyes, Michael picked up his brother and cast him over the wall of eternity to Earth, where he continues his work today. Then, Jesus told the children "So, when the time comes for you to make that decision, won't you choose to allow my brother his hour to listen to the Hosts of Heaven sing?"
