Faragnosis, No matter how long a belief has been held if it's not true then it's not true. I can assure you now you can not control the weather nor can you manipulate it for that matter. Weather can only be predicted and by means of advanced scientific equipment.
That is your opinion, but I work with Celtic magick, and accidental and slight weather spells are pretty common, but I have only seen my Grandmother cast a larger snow spell. Nice work!
I'll have to agree with Brysing, he is correct, Weather magic does not control the weather, but it can influence it if it's on the verge of rain, that might be the push to get it sprinkling, the more powerful and practiced, the more of an influence.

If you really understood weather patterns, you would know that rain does not start where it falls! (Snow is only frozen rain). It starts many miles away from where it falls! Clouds form, and can travel a long way before they become cool enough to turn into rain. Then it will rain; spell or no spell!
i am totally agree with sir brysing he is totally right i also personally believe that no one can control weather and no spells bcz weather is nature and no one can control nature thank you
Weather magic is the oldest magic there is so I believe it must work. I'm wiccan and I believe that by asking the Goddess for aid some of these things can be achieved.

What? Not debatable? It was once the common belief that the sun orbited the Earth. That the Earth was flat! If those beliefs had not been debated we would still believe them to be true. All beliefs can, and should be, debated. It is how we learn to distinguish truth from ridiculous fiction. And the idea that magic can control the weather, in any way whatsoever, is ridiculous!
