You don't have to be any age to cast spells, but you should at least have enough knowledge before you start casting.
There is no real black magick, it is simply magick with negative intent, if you wishing to be adopted by someone else doesn't hurt anyone then no there is nothing wrong with it.
Never think it is black magic to want to be adopted into a family to love and cherish you. I pray that your spell is answered because you are a beautiful soul wanting to give as well as receive love. Remember love is the most precious gift to give anyone who is willing to receive and cherish it.

but i heard somewhere that it is black magic to control someones free will.
Example: if i were to wish for michael clifford to give me an autograph, that would be controlling his free will since he may not want to give me an autograph.
On the other hand, god would know someones intentions, right?
Is this thread still going? I have a question..I wish to get adopted by someone too because my family life is bad but I don't know where to start..plus I don't have a lot of ingredients.

Depends on how one defines "Black Magic". People tend to argue what is or isn't black magic. I personally use the terms Maleficium or Baneful magick to distinguish magick that harms or directly controls.
In my studies I too read that controlling someone's free will is black magick and I entirely believe so but a more proper example for this would be to force someone to fall in love with you. Although there is a slight difference between forcing someone into adopting you and wishing for love and a family.
It is true that magick should have no color and it all depends on what you do with and the intent and energies you associate it with but it is simpler to call it that because some spells can only be cast with bad intent.
