Question

I've been practicing magik for almost a year and my little brother doesn't do any work but he can literally no joke make it rain or make it sunny and things like that whenever he wants. Why is this? And why can't I do it? Thanks

I may not be right and if im not somone please correct me on this but. Some people just have natural talent and skill for things like this though anyone who works for it can be just as good.

It is far more likely that the weather simply changed.

Weather magick is a controvertial topic, most people say it is impossible, while others swear by their abilities. In this situation I would say that good fortune and ever changing weather is more to blame than magick.
